We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team at TALENTMATE in Abu Dhabi. In this role you will promote our products and enhance customer satisfaction, serving as the face of the company and driving our sales initiatives forward with enthusiasm and professionalism.

• Assist customers by answering questions and providing product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
• Process customer transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
• Support inventory management by keeping stock levels appropriate and organized.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.
• Engage with customers to build strong relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Stay informed about new products and services to provide accurate information.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure they are well-maintained.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
• Proven experience in retail or sales environments is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
• Basic math skills are necessary to handle transactions accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with merchandise.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively.
