We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our IWPB team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.
Responsibilities- To supervise and monitor the activities of a team of Sales & Service Officers, with a view to increasing the Bank's Advance customer base and maximizing the sales and referrals activities.
- To constantly focus on management of sales activities, motivation and teamwork development activities and improving regular customer service standards which are a key role also.
- To review and follow up action on departmental management information.
- To maximize the level of sales / referrals activity and cross sales activity within the Wealth Management Team.
- To ensure that a consistently high level of Advance customer service is maintained and thus contributing positively to the image of the Bank.
- To contribute to the effective management of customers facilities.
