Market leading engineering business based in Loughborough. This nationwide business has a fantastic reputation working with customers from the construction, automotive and engineering industry. Due to growth in business they are seeking a pro-active Sales Administrator to join the team on a full time, permanent basis.
Description
As a sales administrator you will:
- Manage incoming export sales requests via email and telephone and prepare quotations for external customers
- Liaise with freight contacts to prepare export documentation including declarations
- Liaise with external suppliers and customers to update and maintain product information internally
- Work alongside internal sales executives to provide assistance to customers via inbound enquiries
- Accurately process quotes through the internal systems
- Work with accounts team to raise accurate credit notes
- Provide adhoc administrative support to other departments when required
Profile
As a Sales Administrator you will have:
- Strong IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be Pro-active and have a good attention to detail
- Previous experience working in a high volume and busy sales office would be desirable
- Have the ability to prioritise work load and work independently
