Your new role
An expanding business based in Castleford is seeking a graduate-calibre Customer Service / Technical Sales Administrator. The company specialises in supplying products primarily to the electrical wholesale and plumbers merchant markets.
Role Overview:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer enquiries, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
- Enter sales orders accurately (System training will be provided)
- Coordinate with customers, warehouse staff, and delivery partners to monitor and update order and delivery statuses
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services during customer interactions
- Prepare and send quotations as requested
- Address basic technical questions and provide straightforward solutions
- Offer administrative support to the field sales team as needed
- Build and maintain effective working relationships, resolving issues efficiently
- Record debit transactions in the customer service system
- Track outstanding debits, arrange product collections, and gather relevant information as required.
