As part of the Dubizzle Group's Motors team, you will focus on the Car Sales segment, a high growth area that offers excellent opportunities for driven sales professionals who want to make an impact.

• Establishing contact and developing relationships with business owners and stakeholders in the auto industry.
• Developing a database of leads through referrals, phone calls, canvassing, face to face outreach, cold calling, direct mail, and networking.
• Selling value added products and subscriptions to new and existing accounts.
• Meeting weekly and monthly sales KPIs (value and volume).
• Providing client training to ensure efficient and continuous use of the service and delivering performance reviews and reports to maximize client retention.
• Monitoring client health and quality metrics, ensuring alignment with management expectations and preventing malpractice.
• Communicating effectively to manage client expectations and deliver a great Dubizzle experience.
• Reviewing client accounts and highlighting improvement opportunities to enhance performance and listing visibility.

• 2 to 5 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 1 year of B2B sales.
• Experience in online sales is a bonus.
• Fluency in English and Arabic/Urdu.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, target driven environment.
• Strong computer skills and excellent MS Office knowledge.
• Proven success in previous sales roles.
• Familiarity with the Dubizzle website.
