Job Description

Our client an international organisation is looking to recruit a Rewards Analyst who will be responsible for rewards operational excellence, leading the Compensation and Benefits function within the Business Unit, ensuring that all programs and initiatives are in line with the overall business strategy and objectives. The successful candidate will be the single point of contact for local People team, senior stakeholders, and employees regarding all rewards-related matters.

The role:

  • Lead the compensation and benefits operations within the Business Unit, providing guidance and support to ensure that all programs and initiatives are effectively implemented.
  • Collaborate with other Rewards Analyst across zone to ensure best practice sharing, consistency and alignment with the overall Rewards strategy.
  • Provide support to HR team, stakeholders and employees.
  • Develop and implement the compensation and benefits operations excellence for the Business Unit, in line with the overall Rewards strategy.
  • Ensure that all compensation and benefits programs are operating with positive employees feedback and continuous improvement
  • Manage all aspects of compensation and benefits, including the operational management of local benefits, car fleet, bonus and allowances, communications.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring that service levels are maintained, and costs are controlled.

Who we re looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, policies, and practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound business decisions based on data analysis.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
