Join a respected, multidisciplinary design studio with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality interior environments across a range of sectors. This is an opportunity to contribute to award-winning projects in a team that values technical excellence, clear communication, and collaborative delivery. You'll work closely with talented designers and project leaders in a supportive studio that invests in your professional development and growth.
Key Responsibilities:Produce accurate and high-quality documentation using Revit across all project stages, with a focus on hospitality and commercial interiors
Collaborate with designers and project leads to translate conceptual ideas into clear, buildable documentation
Assist in project coordination and technical detailing in line with industry standards and codes
Ensure documentation is delivered on time and aligns with client expectations and project milestones
Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and contractors where required to support documentation accuracy
Proficiency in Revit - this is essential
Minimum 4 years' local experience in interior documentation, ideally within the hospitality or hotel sectors
Solid understanding of interior construction methods, detailing, and joinery
Familiarity with the full project lifecycle - design, coordination, documentation, and construction
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field is advantageous
Supportive leadership with a strong focus on mentoring and career progression
Prime studio location on the Sydney CBD fringe
