- Responsible for Low Voltage Switchgear (PMCC) business sales and market development in Retail segment
- Ensuring pull through business from end user, facility management and retailers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, SCM and Marketing to ensure market penetration
- Responsible for identifying retail network, training, ensuring product utilization
- Responsible for Branding in retail network with support of marketing team
- Incorporate new products to enlarge product portfolio in available retail market
- Interact with customers and provides techno commercial guidance on offer management related queries
- Conduct Retail campaigns and promotions
- Interaction with Secondary and Tertiary Customers to enhance retail business
- 5-6 years of experience within similar role (electrical solutions for retail sector)
- BE Electrical Engineering
- Strong Communication, Customer Centricity, Proactive Thinking, Market intelligence
