• High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Proactive and eager to learn about new products and sales techniques.
• Customer focused, with an ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
