The Business

Gladstone Flooring Xtra is a locally owned and operated flooring business and part of the national Flooring Xtra franchise network. We sell and install high-quality flooring solutions across both the retail and commercial sectors, with a reputation for excellence in customer service and installation.

The Opportunity

We re looking for an experienced Retail Operations Coordinator who is ready to step into a critical leadership role, blending sales, coordination and measuring.

You ll be the go-to person for managing customer experience from showroom to install, quoting and guiding the team. This is a full-time, on-site role with early starts (7am) and includes some Saturday mornings. You ll start by focusing on sales and client service and grow into a true 2IC, helping to drive our continued success.

About You

You might be:

• A gun salesperson who knows their way around a showroom and a quote pad

• A store manager or 2IC looking for your next step in a successful franchise business

• A floor layer ready to move into a coordination or leadership role

Either way, you must bring:

• Strong knowledge of flooring products and floor prep

• Experience measuring and with installation requirements quoting

• Great people skills and leadership potential

• A can-do attitude and desire to contribute to a growing team

Your Reward

• Competitive salary of $80,000 - $90,000 + super + vehicle (negotiable based on experience)

• Regular hours (Mon Fri 7am 5pm) + Saturday mornings

• Rostered Day Off every 3 weeks (negotiable)
