We are looking for an experienced and driven Retail Manager to lead operations at our retail and patisserie store in Penrith, NSW. Our store offers a variety of everyday products and freshly prepared food items, serving a diverse customer base in a busy retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations across both retail and patisserie sections
Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service
Manage stock levels, inventory control, and supplier relationships
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve store profitability
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards
Maintain high standards of presentation and store cleanliness
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in a similar retail management role
Diploma in Business Management or equivalent qualification
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience in food retail, patisserie, or grocery is highly desirable
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
