Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to increase auto loan sales efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealers and brokers.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and all loan policies consistently.
- Oversee the preparation and review of loan applications for approval.
- Analyze market trends to identify and act on new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design outreach campaigns for prospects.
- Provide training to staff to enhance their understanding of auto loan products.
- Manage and resolve customer issues related to auto loans professionally.
- Review and optimize loan processing procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare periodic sales and performance reports for senior management reviews.
- Facilitate communication between borrowers and underwriters to resolve issues.
- Participate in community events to promote the bank's loan services program.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of three years of experience in retail banking or financial sales.
- Strong knowledge of auto loan products and related regulations needed.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients.
- Proven track record of developing and achieving sales targets efficiently.
- Ability to analyze financial data and market trends accurately and quickly.
- Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office applications is essential.
