As a Retail Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them with purchases and providing outstanding service. You will maintain store presentation, assist in merchandise loading and organizing, and ensure accurate pricing. Your role is key in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Greet and engage customers, offering assistance and responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, store policies, and loyalty programs to inform customers accurately.
• Organize and replenish merchandise, ensuring displays are tidy and visually appealing.
• Assist with stock management including unpacking, storing, and restocking inventory as needed.
• Process transactions efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Participate in periodic inventory counts and assist with reconciling discrepancies.
• Monitor and address potential theft or security risks in accordance with store policy.
• Provide feedback to managers on customer demands and business trends to assist in stock decisions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain cleanliness standards by participating in the upkeep of store fixtures and materials.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism, seeking assistance when necessary.
• Contribute to a team-oriented work environment, offering help and insights to colleagues.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during store hours.
• Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and stock inventories.
• Self motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
