HYDE Perth is preparing to open, bringing the signature HYDE energy to Western Australia. This brand emphasizes a festival vibe with music at its core, blending elevated bohemian-chic aesthetics with a youthful, laidback ambience and vibrant spaces designed to encourage serendipitous connections and discoveries around every corner.
Join the opening team at Farra, the flagship restaurant of the soon-to-open HYDE Perth. Farra offers modern Greek and Mediterranean flavours with coastal Cycladic styling in a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere, focusing on seasonality and high-quality ingredients.
Responsibilities- Reporting to the Venue Manager, serve as Restaurant Manager for HYDE Perth, leading restaurant operations and delivering an unforgettable guest dining experience.
- Lead, inspire, and motivate a high-performing team that embodies HYDE values.
- Coordinate daily restaurant and bar operations in collaboration with the Bar Manager to ensure smooth service and top guest experience.
- Maintain full compliance with liquor licensing, health and safety standards, and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit required reports on time, including POS reconciliation, payroll, inventory, revenue, team member schedules, and action plans.
- 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a supervisory role in a high-energy restaurant; hotel restaurant experience is a plus.
- Experience being part of a pre-opening team is advantageous.
- Natural people leader with warmth, empathy, and confidence.
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
- Commitment to the highest standards of customer service and a genuine passion for hospitality.
