As the Service Leader, you'll manage the day-to-day operations of our Petersham residential property. With support from your Regional Manager, you'll lead a team delivering person-centred services that support participants' goals and independence.

- Providing direction, coaching and development to your team to address learning needs and build capability
- Support the team to provide high-quality services - ensuring each participant's plans and goals are assessed and evaluated in line with their aspirations
- Provide effective onboarding, orientation and development for the team, supporting their engagement and development
- Conduct regular team meetings and monthly practice supervision sessions for each team member
- Support the team to understand and manage participant risks
- Strong Mental Health Support experience supporting goals of individual support plans
- Demonstrated capacity to effectively lead, coach and develop a team to achieve best quality outcomesAbility to incorporate effective planning, time management, problem solving, organisational skills and resourcing, whilst achieving quality outcomes
- Demonstrated understanding of available community services, networks and supports
