Role OverviewWe are an established client law firm in Stanmore expanding our Residential Property Department. The successful candidate will be a Residential Property Solicitor/Lawyer with 2 5 years PQE, experienced in residential conveyancing and familiar with the transactional procedures from inception to completion and post completion of sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties. They will be able to manage their own caseload and work well within a thriving team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage residential conveyancing matters from start to finish, ensuring thorough understanding of leasehold and freehold transactions.
- Handle case management, including preparation and review of documentation, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other parties.
- Provide independent oversight of cases, ensuring compliance, efficiency and quality of service.
- 2 5 years post qualification experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong understanding of leasehold and freehold sales and purchases
- Experience with case management systems
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
Hours: 9 5ish - flexible; full time candidates may have some hybrid working options.
Start Date: As soon as possible.
Salary: Up to £55,000 dep on experience plus bonus.
Holidays: Standard holiday allowance plus bank holidays.
Location: Stanmore - within easy reach of Stanmore Train Station, office includes car parking facilities with permit.
