We are hiring Relationship Managers with proven real estate sales experience at a developer in Dubai. The selected candidates will represent Elevate's premium developments, managing qualified leads and guiding clients through every stage - from enquiry to handover - with full in house support from marketing, operations, and post sales teams.

• Convert qualified leads into successful sales through presentations, tours, and follow ups.
• Build and manage long term client relationships from first contact through to project handover.
• Represent Elevate's developments across marketing campaigns, events, and partner networks.
• Maintain updated client data, leads, and reports within the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs while contributing to overall revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

• 2-5 years of real estate sales experience at a Dubai based developer.
• Only candidates with developer side experience (including brokers who have worked directly for a developer) will be considered.
• Strong understanding of off plan and ready property transactions.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• UAE driving license preferred.
• Presentable, confident, and highly target driven.
• Must be currently based in Dubai and available for immediate interviews.
