How You'll Make an Impact

• You work in an experienced and dedicated team of 7 members located in various cities and countries
• You will be a key contributor to applying global BC standards and procedures in the Regional Service Unit (RSU) Middle East, encompassing performance control, operational control, value flow, and digitalization projects.
• Being part of GS BC RSU means ensuring uniform procedures and supporting GS and Corporate project execution.
• Support the RSU BC business partner in meeting financial obligations by providing accurate data.
• You drive the regional Forecast of Profit and Loss, Net Capital Employed and Free Cash Flow to the RSU and Execution Unit management and ensure its accuracy and manage the interface between regional companies and the HQ functions to optimize the overall business profitability and transparency
• You analyze complex financial data and determine the reasons for deviations from monthly and annual plans and forecasts including comments on current and future performance
• You develop, drive and implement digital solutions to lift synergies, enhance efficiency and optimize existing processes with respect to reporting and forecasting
• You support the RSU BC ME Management by preparing Monthly Operating Reviews with Execution Unit Management and Quarterly Reviews with BA Management, with focus on financials and key performance indicators
• You ensure the timely and qualitative completion of submissions in various reporting packages and help to prepare status reviews and management presentations based on corporate timelines

• University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance / Accounting or equivalent
• Mid- to Long-term Experience in Finance, Controlling and / or Accounting
• Advanced analytic skills for financial KPIs and in MS Excel and PowerPoint with experience in preparing concise presentations and business reports for the upper management level
• Experience in SAP and Siemens Energy reporting tools ( SAC, Dash), data analytics and strong skills with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx) is mandatory
• Business fluent in English
• Team player with high motivation and ability to perform in complex and fast changing situations
