Are you passionate about helping others move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives? Join our growing team at Genesis Health + Fitness Mickleham - a vibrant, community-focused fitness club with a stunning Reformer Pilates studio and a thriving member base.

About the Role

Were looking for a motivated, energetic, and qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor to deliver engaging, safe, and results-driven classes for our members. Youll play a key role in creating a welcoming studio environment that inspires members to achieve their goals and fall in love with movement.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates classes with a focus on technique, motivation, and member engagement
Educate members on correct form, alignment, and breathing
Build relationships with members to create a supportive and inclusive environment
Maintain studio cleanliness and assist in class scheduling where required
Work collaboratively with our club and coaching team to enhance the overall member experience

About You

Youre more than an instructor - youre a coach, motivator, and role model who loves seeing people thrive.

You have:

A minimum Certificate in Pilates (Reformer qualification essential)
Current First Aid & CPR certification
A passion for helping members achieve their goals and improve their wellbeing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Availability for a mix of morning, evening, or weekend classes
