POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages recruiting, selection and placement activities for all University Health facilities. Supervises recruitment staff in daily functions and team goals/projects. Manages advertising creation, placement and budget.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required. Five years of recruitment experience preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of employment law, recruiting and selection techniques and general personnel management is required.

OTHER
This position will require some responsibility to answer and respond to calls outside of normal business hours.
