LHH is seeking a Recruiting Manager for a wonderful manufacturing company in Duluth, GA. This person will oversee several members of the recruiting/hr team. This role will be responsible for a wide range of recruiting activities, including but not limited to:

  • Posting internal and external job advertisements across relevant platforms.

  • Monitoring resume volume and determining if job posting sponsorship is necessary.

  • Maintaining an up-to-date listing of all open requisitions (average of 30-45 active roles).

  • Participating in recruiting events and building relationships with technical schools, training programs, and local hiring partners.

  • Supporting large-scale hiring initiatives.

  • Collaborating with HR team members and hiring managers to understand position requirements, duties, and responsibilities.

  • Sourcing, screening, and identifying top candidates through various channels.

  • Conducting pre-screening interviews (phone and occasional in-person); some interviews may be required on weekends.

  • Making hiring recommendations and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.

  • Extending contingent offers of employment.

  • Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.


Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; additional education is a plus.

  • 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting required.

  • Prior experience recruiting for professional roles (e.g., Accounting, HR, Engineering) is strongly preferred.
