LHH is seeking a Recruiting Manager for a wonderful manufacturing company in Duluth, GA. This person will oversee several members of the recruiting/hr team. This role will be responsible for a wide range of recruiting activities, including but not limited to:
Posting internal and external job advertisements across relevant platforms.
Monitoring resume volume and determining if job posting sponsorship is necessary.
Maintaining an up-to-date listing of all open requisitions (average of 30-45 active roles).
Participating in recruiting events and building relationships with technical schools, training programs, and local hiring partners.
Supporting large-scale hiring initiatives.
Collaborating with HR team members and hiring managers to understand position requirements, duties, and responsibilities.
Sourcing, screening, and identifying top candidates through various channels.
Conducting pre-screening interviews (phone and occasional in-person); some interviews may be required on weekends.
Making hiring recommendations and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
Extending contingent offers of employment.
Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
High School Diploma required; additional education is a plus.
5-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting required.
Prior experience recruiting for professional roles (e.g., Accounting, HR, Engineering) is strongly preferred.
