Our client based in Byfleet are seeking a Receptionist to join their fabulous team! The purpose of this position is to support the Office Manager and assist with the day to day duties of keeping the office running.
Duties of the Receptionist include:
Meeting and greeting clients giving them a warm welcome
Making refreshments, organising parking, meeting rooms.
Ensure meeting rooms are tidy and re stocked after each business meeting
Ensure reception area is always presentable
Organise staff members diaries (outlook calendar)
Collect, sort and distribute the post.
Assist with drafting letter for new clients
Ensure all new clients are loaded on to inhouse database and maintain any changes
Ordering office equipment and stock
Other adhoc administrative duties
The ideal Receptionist will:
Have an excellent telephone manner and a confident face to face communicator
Excellent attention to detail
Follow instructions as well as working off own iniative
A confident user of Microsoft Office
