Driven Properties is looking for a Sales Administrator!
Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills? Driven Properties is looking for a Sales Administrator to support our sales team with administrative tasks, document processing, and client coordination. Job Description:- Prepare agreements and assist with RERA (OTP) processes via the Dubai Rest App
- Manage agent onboarding, including adding/removing agents from WhatsApp groups and updating developer portals
- Handle payment collection and service charges from clients
- Request invoices, receipts, and Statements of Account (SOA) from accounts as needed
- Coordinate key handovers and communicate with developers regarding apartment issues
- Assist with DEWA payments and deactivation processes
- Manage A-to-A stamping and assist agents and managers with administrative support
- Oversee developer registrations and renewal of agreements
- Upload deals onto the CRM system for proper tracking
- Previous experience in sales administration in real estate
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and developer portals
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
