Our client, a respected regional firm with a strong presence across the Southeast, is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience, especially in affordable housing and title/survey review, to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for attorneys who thrive in a collaborative, client-facing environment and are looking for long-term growth.
What You'll Do:
Work closely with lenders, investors, and developers on commercial and housing closing transactions
Review and resolve title and survey issues, and manage closings from start to finish
Engage in affordable housing projects-experience in this area is a strong plus
Collaborate with clients and colleagues on matters across the Southeastern U.S.
What They're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on title and survey
Strong client communication skills and the ability to manage transactions independently
Admission to the Georgia or Florida Bar
