Payment Structure: Commission-Only
Role Description:Property Sales/Lettings Consultants handle the purchase, sale, and letting of residential properties.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Gathering information about properties and coordinating marketing materials.
- Staying informed about regulations in the Dubai residential property market.
- Conducting property valuations and attending viewings.
- Negotiating with prospective buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords from viewing to offer stage.
- Monitoring ongoing sales and lettings with support from Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams.
- Following up with clients through regular care calls after viewings.
- Keeping abreast of local market trends.
- Generating new business through the company's database and networking.
- Experience in sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Presentable, professional, and honest.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Fluency in a second language is a plus.
- Smart business attire required at all times.
- Professional conduct aligned with high company standards.
- Punctuality and a proactive approach to contributing to company growth.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.
- UK/UAE driving license required.
