This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent at Patriot Real Estate in Dubai. As a Real Estate Agent, your day-to-day tasks will include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining a strong knowledge of the real estate market and staying updated on industry trends. Responsibilities- Conduct home tours, attend open houses, and market properties
- Proactively find and engage new prospects
- Match clients with properties that meet their needs and criteria
- Negotiate terms and close rental and sales deals
- Offer consultation to clients on market conditions, prices, and related matters
- Stay informed on local real estate market trends, sales, and new projects
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values
- Build and maintain professional networks with developers, mortgage lenders, and banks
- Keep up-to-date listings of available properties with all necessary documents and marketing materials
- Acquire and maintain exclusive listings, aiming for at least 2 new properties weekly
- Handle inquiries about contracts and sale or rental terms
- Organize and manage your daily tasks, workflow, and targets through our company's platform
