We specialize in property sales, rentals, and off-plan investments, offering our clients a personalized and trustworthy experience in the Dubai property market.

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent with 1-2 years of experience in the Dubai market to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the local real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented approach.

• Generate and manage leads through various marketing and networking channels
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales or rental agreements
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide professional guidance throughout the process
• Stay updated with market trends, legal regulations, and RERA requirements
• Prepare listings on major real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.)
• Collaborate with the team to meet monthly performance targets

• Minimum 1-2 years of real estate experience in Dubai
• Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude
• Professional appearance and positive mindset
• Active RERA card or willingness to obtain one
