Minimum Requirements
- Board Certification: Board Certified Interventional Radiology. MUST HAVE VASCULAR AND INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY FELLOWSHIP
- Certifications: ACLS
- Licensure: Licensed in OK or IMLC
