My client is a construction firm in London with a focus on the Residential, new build and hospitality(rare) sectors and is urgently looking for a superstar Quantity Surveyor.
The main office is situated in Covent Garden with projects scattered around London, so driving may be ideal but not essential.
You will ideally have experience working as a lead QS on residential projects of various sizes, be able to command colleagues if needed, have strong communication skills, organisational skills and also be willing to work to deadlines.
The Requirement:
- Someone who can run jobs as the main Quantity Surveyor.
- Able to handle enquiries, orders, sub-contractor payments.
- Understanding of a CVR s, client valuations.
- Good understanding of Excel as this is the main software used.
- Getting stuck in an progressing within our team with a view of then taking on an assistant and helping them to develop.
