Responsibilities 
- Develop, implement, and maintain the factory's Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO standards.
- Monitor and control quality across all production stages of plasterboard manufacturing.
- Lead quality inspections, material testing, and final product approvals.
- Identify defects, root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Train and supervise QA/QC staff to ensure consistent quality performance.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with local and international building material standards.
- Prepare and present quality reports, KPIs, audits, and improvement plans.
- Manage customer complaints and provide technical support for quality-related matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in quality management within a plasterboard, gypsum, or building materials factory.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
- Hands on experience with manufacturing processes, lab testing, and production lines.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication and team coordination abilities.
