The role involves supporting the Quality Post Holder by developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Quality and Compliance Management Systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 37301, Civil Aviation Regulations, and DANS policies. Key responsibilities include conducting inspections, audits, and assessments throughout the business; managing compliance data and records; ensuring the effectiveness of the Quality and Compliance Management System; and coordinating and managing external audits to ensure both regulatory and organizational compliance.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality Management, (preferably in aviation/air navigation)
- Must be capable of writing policies, procedures and process descriptions with minimal or no supervision.
- Must be able to develop basic process flow charts, cross functional flow charts, stakeholder maps and bottleneck map.
- Must have knowledge of GCAA regulations.
- Must have proven experience in conducting internal, supplier or third party Quality Management System audit.
- Must hold a Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor qualification in ISO 9001:2015.
- Should have knowledge of additional standards such as ISO 31000, ISO 37301, 22301, ISO 27001.
- Should be familiar with DMAIC methodology, SIPOC and Root Cause Analysis tools.
