Responsibilities 
- Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
- Maintain documentation related to material approvals, inspection reports, method statements, and quality records.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors regarding quality issues and inspection schedules.
- Perform internal audits and participate in external audits as required. Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure that all materials used on site are as per approved specifications and submittals.
- Review and approve subcontractors' quality documentation, including test reports and material compliance.
- Support the site team in technical and quality-related matters.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of QA/QC experience in the construction industry, preferably in the UAE.
- Knowledge of local and international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and quality control software is a plus.
- Certification in QA/QC, ISO, or related fields is an advantage.
