Proxy product owner

We're looking for an EGA ServiceNow to support our team in Dubai. EHS platforms (e.g., Enablon, Sphera, Intelex), data visualization and reporting tools. Secondary skills: cybersecurity and IT risk principles. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams by capturing and documenting EHS requirements and ensuring they are delivered effectively in ServiceNow.

• Conduct workshops with EHS stakeholders
• Document business processes and requirements
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• Support UAT, training, and post-go-live adoption

• 5+ years as Business Analyst in EHS or ServiceNow implementations
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards (ISO 45001, OSHA, ISO 14001)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
