Proposals Coordinator

The Proposals Coordinator is responsible for acting on the enquiries assigned to the team, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and coordinating with various departments to ensure proposals meet client requirements and project objectives.

• Review the enquiry and ensure client requirements are fully understood.
• Review scope of work, price schedule and other enquiry documents with Proposals Manager at the initial stage, and issue requests for technical and commercial clarifications to the client as required.
• Prepare proposals and tender documents based on client requirements.
• Liaise with various department heads to ensure the proposal is aligned with how the work will be undertaken.
• Ensure all proposals are submitted within the given client timeframe.
• Follow up on submitted proposals and request feedback to assist in securing the project.
• Assist Contracts and Proposals Manager in contract review during contract finalisation when the project is awarded.
• Carry out handover to project manager once the project is awarded, presenting the proposed execution methodology and allowable budget.
• Hand over the project to the project management team upon successful award.

• Degree (or Diploma) in a discipline related to the offshore industry.
• Knowledge/exposure to offshore survey and soil investigation industry, offshore EPC works and marine industry.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office.
