Looking for a role where your organisational skills make a real impact? Join a busy real estate team as a Property Sales Coordinator and keep transactions running smoothly from start to finish.
What You'll Be Doing:- Oversee sales paperwork, contracts, and settlements
- Keep CRM and client databases accurate and up to date
- Assist with marketing campaigns, property listings, and client follow-ups
- Handle financial tracking, trust accounts, and commissions
- Support agents throughout the sales process to ensure seamless transactions
- Previous real estate administration or sales support experience
- Comfortable using CRMs (Agentbox is a bonus) and Microsoft Office
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
- Proactive, reliable, and a great communicator
- Passionate about real estate and client service
- Competitive salary: Up to $80K
- Monday-Friday hours
