With the business going through a really exciting growth phase, they're now on the lookout for an experienced Property Manager to join their friendly, forward-thinking team.
Duties & Responsibilities- Manage a well-maintained residential portfolio with strong administrative and out of support
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
- Oversee maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
- Oversee the leasing process
- Contribute to the team's continued growth and service excellence
- Proven experience in Property Management (2-5 years)
- Current Certificate of Registration (essential)
- Exceptional communication and client relationship skills
- Highly organised, professional, and proactive in your approach
- Attractive salary package up to $100K + Super & use of company car (pending experience)
