Property Manager - SAL

An opportunity for a Property Manager to join our team in Bordertown on a full time basis, has arisen. Prior experience in Property Management and licensed in SA, will be a significant advantage, however we will consider those who will guarantee to obtain their licence within a consolidated timeframe, and who excel in providing exceptional experience to all of our key stakeholders.

SAL is building a team based, dynamic approach to meeting the needs of our customers and clients. This includes significant interaction with our Residential, Lifestyle and Rural sales team.

Your main responsibilities will be to manage a rental portfolio which includes the following:

• Property inspections
• Processing tenancy applications
• Property maintenance
• Regular contact with landlords
• Facilitating landlord statements

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

• Exceptional customer service
• Previous exposure within real estate industry preferred.
• Professional presentation and grooming
• Consistent attention to detail
• Exceptional time management skills
• Must have a full Drivers' Licence and reliable vehicle is essential.
