- Opportunity to earn commission for bringing on new business
- Social team events and a workplace that actually enjoys celebrating wins
- Hands on support with inspections and day to day tasks
- Manage 120 properties (experienced PMs) or grow into the role (juniors)
- Handling ingoings, inspections, notices, maintenance, and repairs
- Communicate with owners and tenants, including onsite visits
- Manage rental arrears, negotiate renewals, issue breach notices
- Certificate of Registration / Real Estate License, driver's licence & car
- Previous experience in Property Management
- Positive attitude, organized, and ready to contribute to a collaborative team
