Join a growing team as a Property Manager - flexible, hybrid role. Are you a motivated Property Manager looking for variety, flexibility, and the chance to manage a large, modern portfolio? This is your opportunity to join a national real estate company with 20+ staff and make an impact across a portfolio of 130 properties (set to grow) south of the river, stretching down to South Yunderup. This hybrid role offers a strong balance: 2 days in our West Perth office for team collaboration; 3 days working from home or on the road visiting properties and handling new build handovers; every third Saturday, run home opens and meet tenants. With an Assistant and virtual support staff in place, you'll be free to focus on managing your portfolio efficiently - without trust accounting headaches!

What You'll Do
  • Manage a portfolio of 130 properties with full support (set to grow)
  • Conduct routine inspections and new build handovers
  • Handle tenant and owner communications via PropertyMe
  • Coordinate compliance, maintenance, and day-to-day property management
  • Attend and run home opens every third Saturday when required
  • Work closely with an experienced Department Head / Senior Property Manager
About You
  • Registered in Property Management (essential)
  • Holds a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (travel required)
  • Experienced in managing property portfolios
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy and confident with property management software
  • Professional, personable, and proactive

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Agent's Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property (essential)
  • Property Management experience (essential)
