Rental First is a dedicated property management company with our head office located in St Leonards. We provide highly professional grade property management and professional services to our landlords and tenants.
We require an enthusiastic Property management Associate to assist in the management to our growing residential property portfolio. Based at our head office in St Leonards but however our reach is Sydney wide, you will report to the Senior Property Manager.
Responsibilities- Showing properties to prospective tenants
- Processing applications and screening prospective tenants
- Preparing Residential Tenancy Agreements
- Conducting & Completing Condition Reports
- Following up tenant arrears
- Resolve and manage maintenance issue
- Liaise with tenants on a daily basis
- Issue notices for Termination or Rental Increases
- Undertake routine property inspections
Ideal, however not essential you should a property management background and you should hold a current Certificate of Registration. Good time management skills, the ability to prioritise your work-load, attention to detail and high standards of both written and verbal communication are required.
