- Assisting the Property Manager on follow ups and collection of rental payments from tenants, bank transfers when required and Accounts dept coordination.
- Coordinating between property managers during project period and after project completion.
- Following up between Admin team and Accounts team to ensure compliance with exit and renewal formalities SOP when tenants vacate and or renew.
- Ensuring adherence to Fire & Health and Safety Regulations across the assigned maintenance company, ensuring high standards of upkeep.

- Must have a valid driver's license or be currently taking driving lessons
