Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for Property Consultants located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their needs, providing expert advice, assisting in buying, selling, and leasing properties, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include market analysis, property evaluation, and maintaining a portfolio of clients to guide them through property transactions.
Qualifications- Experience in Consulting and Real Estate
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and analyze market trends
- Experience with property evaluation and management is a plus
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
