Role Overview:
As a Farsi-Speaking Real Estate Broker, you will specialize in assisting Persian-speaking clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties in Dubai. You will be part of a dedicated Farsi-speaking team, benefiting from exclusive leads, strong developer partnerships, and full marketing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with Farsi-speaking clients and investors.
- Provide expert guidance on Dubai's real estate market, including off-plan, secondary, and rental properties.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Maintain an updated database of listings, market trends, and client requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Farsi (Persian) and strong English communication skills.
- Previous sales experience (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Driven, ambitious, and results-oriented mindset.
- Valid UAE driving license and car preferred.
