Key Responsibilities:

Represent Linda's as a trusted, knowledgeable advisor in the community.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties - with a focus on premium villa communities.
Build strong relationships with homeowners, buyers, landlords, and tenants.
Provide expert advice on the local market, community lifestyle, and property values.
Manage property listings, viewings, negotiations, and contract processes.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, honesty, and customer service.
Act as a community ambassador - helping clients not just with homes but with their transition into neighbourhood life.

Requirements:

UAE National with a Family Book (Emirati only)
Passion for real estate, community, and client service
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
Motivated, proactive, and organised
Willingness to learn - no real estate experience required (training provided)
Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team
