- Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing (1+ year preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and local regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently
- Fluent in English (additional languages like Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or Chinese are a plus)
