Corporate Business leader for 25+ years in Dubai and now starting a new journey as Entrepreneur, Consultant and Investor! 
Blue Lagoons Real estate is a boutique Real estate agency founded by experienced Dubai realtors. We offer a supportive environment with full marketing backing for a select team of experienced agents. We allow Sales agents to do Off plan, Secondary & Rental without territory restrictions.
Responsibilities:- Understand the Investor objectives, preferences and prepare proposals
- Be updated with market trends and excellent Investor networking
- Attend Developer's sessions on new projects and be updated on latest projects
- Identify homeowners and persuade them to list their properties for sale/rent
- Listing in Property portals, update the CRM system and Property Monitor analysis
- Advise on buying process, documentation, financing options and ROI calculations
- Min 2 years' experience in Dubai Real Estate
- Good knowledge of Real estate market, current trends, property value and regulations.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills able to cultivate long term relations.
- Marketing and presentation abilities, leveraging digital tools and platforms with expertise
- Team working, collaboration and effective time management
- Attractive Slab system Commission % based on target achievement and timely pay out.
- Access to premium listings in all Property portals
- Digital marketing support and lead generation
- Company car and driver for your Property Viewings
- Access to Property Monitor and use of CRM system
