Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated Property Consultant to help buyers, sellers, and renters navigate the dynamic Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, have a deep understanding of local regulations (including RERA), and demonstrate excellent client service and sales capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, open houses, online listings, social media, etc.
• Consult with clients to understand their property needs (buy/rent/sell), budget, and timeline.
• Conduct property viewings and virtual tours; prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMA).
• Advise clients on market conditions, legal requirements, financing options in Dubai.
• Negotiate offers, draft and manage contracts, ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) regulations.
• Liaise with developers, landlords, brokers and RERA / DLD authorities for licenses, approvals, title transfers, etc.
• Use CRM tools to maintain client records, follow up, track performance metrics.
• Keep abreast of market trends, new project launches, regulation changes (RERA, DLD).

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Good understanding of UAE / Dubai real estate regulations, documentation, and legal processes.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to prospect, close deals, and meet target KPIs.
• Self motivated, organized, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Tech savvy: ability to use CRM systems, property portals, digital marketing tools.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred) and ability to travel among Dubai communities.
• Multilingual skills a plus (English mandatory; Arabic, other languages are advantages).
