We are looking for talented and driven brokers to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities- Represent properties to potential buyers
- Respond to the changing needs of buyers and sellers
- Stay updated on market trends and provide insights to clients
- Conduct property valuations and prepare market reports
- Schedule and conduct property viewings with clients
- Maintain an uptodate client and property database
- Develop strategies to increase property value for sellers
- Negotiate property deals on behalf of clients
- Proven sales experience ideally within the real estate industry
- Quick decisionmaking skills strong negotiation tactics and exceptional interpersonal abilities
- A strong work ethic and a customer serviceoriented approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages such as Chinese French Russian and Spanish are a plus)
- Punctual wellpresented and honest demeanor
- Valid driving license
- Own visa preferred
- Valid broker card
