Role Overview

Conduct market research, assess property values and identify opportunities
Manage and grow a portfolio of premium property listings
Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, landlords, buyers and investors
Qualify clients, handle negotiations and consistent follow ups
Become the go to expert in specific communities across Dubai
Maintain accurate CRM records and adhere to compliance regulations
Conduct property showings and facilitate seamless transactions
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, admin and listing support
Ensure all required KYC & AML documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner

What we're looking for

1-2 years experience in Real Estate or a target driven sales role
A strong work ethic, self motivated and interpersonal skills
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Valid driving licence is a must
