Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities

Manage, and close property sales and leasing transactions.
Conduct property viewings, advise clients, and negotiate deals.
Build and maintain client relationships with investors, buyers, and tenants.
Stay updated on Dubai's real estate trends, regulations, and project launches.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Property Consultant / Real Estate Agent in the UAE.
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent communication in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Goal-driven, proactive, and customer-focused.
